Darker Than Black likes to show pretty falling stars in its opening credits. Thing is, in that series, the stars are fake (being part of an Alien Sky) and are tied to the lives of Contractors. So, every falling star represents a death.

brb being kidnapped by the ever awesome Bluejay (aka Muu, aka Jay, aka kirschwassers ) and heading up to Connecticut for Connecticon~ Where we will be surviving on con food (and pocky) until Sunday. Might have a bit of net access tonight thanks to my glorious iPod Touch, but nothing beyond that.

Overall, I gotta say, that was one of the best birthdays I've had in years. I can't remember the last time I actually got to spend it with one of my friends. It wasn't anything fancy, but damn if it wasn't fun.
