I damaged the screen of my cell phone, and now the display seems to be going quickly downhill. Just grabbed all the data off of it. I may or may not have cell phone capabilities for a little while until I can arrange for a replacement.

I need to get into a pattern of morning exercise around other people. This will accomplish a number of objectives all at once:

• Waking up fairly early in the morning.
• Getting exercise on a much more regular basis.
