HARRY JAMES POTTER,THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I can try to understand long bouts of seclusion in the name of self-righteous anger, but missing your own birthday?! We had a very nice get-together planned, I'll have you know.

Honestly. Some people.

Does anyone have any idea where he is?

Apparently he was supposed to be at some sort of official function yesterday but he never showed, why do people keep emailing me about this?? I quit working for him eight months ago!!

I was going to say it's definitely not me, as I'm not there, but now that I think of it, someone kept throwing a book at me before I left on Wednesday.

I'd assumed at the time it was just someone who was annoyed with me, but now I'm starting to wonder. This best not be some sort of half-brained plot where a quarter of the school goes invisible but is unable to discuss it and no one else can tell what's happening because invisible people are rather hard to notice.

Why would Slytherins be throwing books at people? I mean, I know plenty of them are really daft but book throwing seems dumb even for them.

I really hope you wouldn't throw a book at me even if you were here! So I'm not the only one, then? I'm getting so tired of seeing this--

This...

WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?!?!?!

Another book?

Oh, if it happens to be Youth in Revolt, could you possibly hold onto it for me? Mine disappeared under my bed, and I never did get to finish it.

Trying to catch up on the classics.

Perhaps he's been eatne by a Crumple-Horned Snorcack?

They can be quite vicious, you know. And shouting does tend to attract them.
