Phonebanking is actually kind of totally nerve-racking if you have serious debilitating phone-awkwardness already, with people you know [like, even!] and with other people, every other person, in the whole world, like the... pizza guys, etc. Just fyi. The discontinuation of Polaroid film is pretty much just now hitting me? I didn't go all bomb-shelter nutty and stock up or anything, mostly for two reasons; I am poor, and as a rule I don't buy into the y2k-mentality MADNESS. I think really a lot of truly horrible design could be fixed [or eradicated, whatever] if people would do that thing where you step kind of far away from whatever it is that you're making and close your eyes for a bit and then open them and glance quickly at the thing as if you're a total stranger who has no idea what you're looking at [or an alien ( Read more... ) -
