My entire body hurts.
I was so smart that I went to a trial crossfit class (aka, military style exercises). I swear 15 mins. never seemed so eternal in my life. In that time, I did 9 sets of different exercises. At the end, I did about 135 squats, 90 push-ups, 45 "monkey bar jumps," 40 abdominal work, and random stretching exercises
