This is supposed to be the final week. Nope. I am doing 2 more real weeks then a recovery week. So yesterday I did chest and back. I did the best i have ever done. Lots of reps and even 8 decline pushups. Considering week 1 I did um, 1/2 of one I'd say thats pretty darn good ( Read more... )

So I was at my mother in laws house on sunday for fathers day. Yah, shoulda staye dhome. Long story short the dogs got in a fight and I jamed my finger really bad gettign them apart. I have continued to work out. I missed monday last week to broken windows, and I missed yoga saturday due to wanting to spend time with my family. That has been a trend. Plyometrics. My bad eating cought up with me. I got through, but I had much lower energy. plus I had the daycare with me for part of it. We had a tornado warning. So the kids came in the basement. that was distracting.

So yah, soldering on here. PLus spelling bad. You know thats how I do it.

I need to look at my calendar to get what day I am on.

Chest, triceps, shoulders. I did more pushups. I did a lot more off my knees. I had to do the handclap pushups on my knees. Those are hard on my elbows if I am not careful. I am back on track.

Thats what today is about. Last week was an abysmal failure. I did no plyometrics, no legs and back, no kenpo. This week, back at it. I am going to do every workout and push hard at them ( Read more... )

Ok. I have slipped hard this week. I have only doen my workout monday, thursday and 1/2 of my one on wednesday.

I have let myself make excuses and be lame. I will get this together starting monday, and I think I am going to add a week to my program to make up for it. There is no excuse for this, but I am going to press on.
