So this is jsut a bad week. I did 1/2 of my workout. I got interupted by the lawn guy. Good new - he can fix my lawn for monies. WEll great. bad news. Workout fucked.
It's jsut gonna be one of those weeks. Gonna roll with it and stay positive.
I did not do my PLyometrics yesterday. I was really down about about work and could not focus. SO I took the day off. I'll be getting back on it today.
I just found out I am being let go at the end of June. I don;t know what that means for me yet. I'm not happy. I liked it here. I really thought it was going to work out.
My wife is pregnant. I was going to see my family this summer. I NEED to be at Mary's wedding.
I really need to make sure I land a job, very quickly.
Chest and back. This is the workout I did on the very first day. I am proud to sya that pushups on my knees are gone. GONE! I did hella good on this workout. All my #'s doubled from the last time i did it and my form is way better.
So this week did not go so well. I missed yoga on saturday due to being in california and a family reunion. I did not stretch thursday. I ate like crap this weekend, but I really had no choice

I did not like this. I ahd a hard workout. I think it was because I missed a protien on monday, and I was short a carb at workout time. But I did a lot more pushups and it seemed I was doing better than last month. I just was hurting.
I am set up with my fiber one muffins again. SO that will help a lot.
