and the weekend smote me down
So something fairly horrible happened this weekend, not traumatizing but I hurt all over and can't really walk at all.

So, I guess I'm on tumblr now? I'm godofsundays. I feel like the last kid on the block to get those shoes with the wheels in the heel and I'm flailing all over the place while everybody else zips around like they're too cool for school. Oh well.

I am generally an uber-slow writer. Like, 300 words is a good day for me. So I'm kind of proud of myself for hammering this out in two hours or so. WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS

annoyed and rambling
Personal pet peeve of mine: when somebody writes their own musical tastes into a story. Even if I like that song/artist, there's no way I feel/think exactly the same way about it/them. For me, my relationship with a song is often intensely intimate and private and when an author uses an otherwise well-developed character as a mouthpiece to talk ( Read more... )
