Not my favorite TV-show by any stretch, I prefer more character-driven plots. That said, the onscreen friendship between Hanson and Penhall is so... enjoyable. I just badly wanted it slash'ed, and thus took a peek over at ff.net. Yes, I am brave. It payed off too, cause, lo and behold, despite my gloomy expectations I found a gem!

So I've started to read Buffy the Vampire Slayer fics. Naturally my favorite character is Spike. This one is Spike/hyena!Xander. It's got exactly the right tone too. Wary, dangerous, rich. Like black coffee.
