Oh - does anyone have any clever ideas on how to wash my hair when using my arm is so difficult? I've managed so far, but even the thought of trying it today just makes me want to cry. -

I'm currently off work; my boss says that I'm not to go back until I'm off the painkillers, as he is worried about my driving while on them (for anyone who's never taken co-codamol, it can make your head feel as though it's full of cotton wool). My phone is playing silly beggars (again) - this time it won't switch on and doesn't seem to be recognising the charger. This is a real pain in the backside as I'm waiting for calls relating to my insurance claim.
