two weeks ago i started getting nose bleeds daily and didn't know why. I was eating specialK cereal for breakfast and then a salad for dinner with a banana for lunch. I was working out almost 3 hours a day almost daily.. i was completely wiped out. www.slide.com is a really cool website that lets you add pics as a slide show, good quality and fun. i just spent 30 min getting it together, pics from last month and parties and such. well it turns out it only works on myspace!
but i've figured out a way.. if you are not lazy... juck use this link.. and there's my life for the past month or two :)
