I've declared my life a bummer-free zone.
So I now have a shit job working at Bath & Body works for $7.50 an hour. Orientation is Monday at 4:00, but before I can do that I need to go buy a couple of black collared shirts. And some black "comfortable" shoes, whatever that means. Frustrating job plus no money for the win ( Read more... ) -

Interview went well. They were looking to hire a ton of people. The interview was actually a "group" interview; there were 6 of us and a few didn't even show up. I think I probably got one of the jobs, but don't know for sure yet. Eh. I did like all of the people I interviewed with, though. Well, I didn't get the job. I'm kind of relieved, in a way. I almost wasn't sure I could handle it. So anyway, I applied to another school today. I'm just going to keep applying until I find something. In the meantime, I might have to do something like get a job at the mall ( Read more... ) -
So the interview went well
Job interview went well. The entire thing was less than 20 minutes. I could tell they were interviewing a lot of people, which made me less certain I'd get the job. My mother had told me that schools generally only interview the top few people they're considering, but it was obvious that they hadn't gone through my resume in any detail ( Read more... ) -
Job interview in the morning
Job interview tomorrow at 9:20. Extremely nervous. Getting there will be the biggest chore. I will update you all when I get home. Shouldn't be much later than 10:30, I'd imagine. And I don't care what the outcome is -- I'm going to celebrate by taking a nap.
