I have carpal tunnel in both hands, and every once in a while my arms or fingers will go numb, which is a pain in the arse to be sure. But it's really a weird sensation when just one or two fingers goes numb while the rest of the hand keeps working just fine. Like, just now my pinky and ring finger went numb while I was typing. So far, so good with the diet thing... I've lost twenty pounds, though I think that's more about the shock to my system than anything else. The focus of this diet is about getting my metabolism working properly - I'm supposed to exercise in order to burn the fat. But I separated it into two stages. I thought last winter was bad... Sheesh. The wind today is brutal. The yard has been scraped bare in some places, and is waist-high drifts in others. A snowplow just went into the ditch by our lane. Whoops! We've gotten quite a lot of snow in the past 24 hours - I'm not sure how much exactly, though they were calling for up to a foot of it.
