right now i really wish i had an old, well-worn cardigan, with sleeves stretched from cold or vulnerable days. even though it's around sixty degrees, and i'm by myself.

I just bought this water bottle, and I also bought the philosophy one for my brother for christmas. Not very newsworthy (though I was fairly excited by the existence of such unnecessary fun stuff,) but I'm really trying to not think about being done with college and not knowing where I may be going. It's true. I'm already sleeping too much.

Why do i consistently not do things, only to become overwhelmingly stressed when it imperative that those things be done? I do not handle stress well, yet i set myself up for feverish sleepless nights as if there was nothing else in the world i'd rather be doing.

I am thankful for the small instances where I feel connected to another human being. They don't occur often; I've felt it as many times as can be counted on one hand, probably. During such fleeting moments is when you feel particularly alive. A live. A life.
