 You check the contents of your fridge to see what needs to be cleaned out before you go on vacatin for two weeks and realize that your ultra-pasturized milk does not expire until TWO WEEKS AFTER you return from your vacation. Yep--the expiration date stamped on our milk cartons is 26 January 2008

We leave on the 26th for 2 weeks in sunny, tropical, exotic Vietnam! I am really excited! This is definetly going to be the vacation of a lifetime!

We spend a few days in Hanoi and Halong Bay where we'll spend one night on a junk boat checking out the limestone islands of Halong Bay.

Today is election day in Korea. It's considered a "holiday". Interesting concept. Give the day off so you can vote! Hmmm. I wonder how the #'s at the polls in a Korean national election compare to the US's #'s and if that # is perhaps influenced by the off?

In less than 12 hours, I'll be laying in 121 CSH under-going my abdominoplasty! Yep, I'm finally getting my tummy tuck! Yeah!

I'm ubber nervous and scared but excited at the same time. I can't even imagine the changes that are about to take place with my body. WHEW! It's been a LONG time coming.

Saturday was a crazy, nutso busy day! We had to get up and have Gunnar ready to join his soccer team as they marched in the fall festival parade. I am a bit perplexed at the number of kids marching in this parade as they FAR out-numbered those watching the parade. Interesting.
