but he's giving me my half a vacation day today so i can go home and be in severe pain. :)
I have a weeks vacay.. but im the type of person who's scared to use it. today its NECCESARY though.

im going to have to go home at lunch. the cramps are killing me, literally. i cant stop crying. it.. hurts. i feel paralyzed, but it hurts so bad i feel like i have to move.

Goal for October
15 lbs.
This is attainable, I am overweight. Actuallt overweight, not just the ED talking.
I am 194 today. That would leave me at 179lbs.
This seems good.
I will do whatever neccesary.
now: 30.4 BMI.. 194 lbs.
by october 31st: 28.0 BMI.. 179lbs. -
