I finally reached one of my goals today, I ran 2 mile! I'm going to try and do 2 miles 3-4 times a week for the next two weeks.

After my run I get cleaned up and of course I need to go get some food since I have none at home. So as I'm driving out of my circle I'm attacked by a HUGE ASS SNAPPER TURTLE!!! well no but it's a huge ass turtle... ( the turtle )

I had an awesome 3 days at the red river gorge in kentucky camping and climbing. The trip was spent with Mike, Rhonda, Porsha, Dave, and Smidgens(a dog). There was a climbing video premier of red river ruckus, tons of people, crowded camping, good food, stellar climbing, and friends laughing together. Just doesn't get any better then that.

I'll never be able to stay at work 8:00am-5:00pm as long as there exists the yapping of middle/old aged woman and their hyena laughs. Seriously they don't just shut the fuck up.

i think i'm ripping my left arm apart with climbing and training, and i'll keep doing it. maybe once i cut my weight it won't put at much strain on it. today i climbed for 5 hours almost, set a boulder problem also.
