so... what are you waiting for? this isn't a rehersal etc etc. I suspect you may be waiting to not be depressed any more. I don't think that's something that will go away just with time though. Or rather, it may do, but in the mean time you might seriously compromise your mark for this year. If you can't wake up from the nightmare, you're going to have to accept that you'll be living in it for while. You need to give your poor, abused emotions a chance to reacclimatise. Pick your priority, and stick with it. Perhaps you could put off the move until next year? or is there any way that you can take a year out and go back next year? If it's no to both, then we need to find a way of putting off your depression until later. So, time machine it is then :(

Ignore the mountain. Climb the next 10 feet. Then do that again.

Good to hear you are getting referred to the mental health team. Are you currently on any anti depressants?
I found them really helpful for a 6 month blip a year or so ago.
Of course, the warmer weather & brighter days will help a little. 4 months of UK grey does no one's mental health any favours!
