[...Wait, what? Who's that? Looking through the book, he's surprised to see someone he's never actually seen around before.]

...I have plenty of friends. Just reflecting on things aloud, that's all.

There's a difference between thinking out loud and talking to yourself. If you're not careful, people might think you're going crazy. It's an early sign of dementia you know. And considering how long you've been here? It's highly likely you are in fact losing your mind.

Second of all, I'm 19. And trust me when I say that I'm not old at all.

Two years, huh? Time certainly seems to fly by here... That's certainly a good attitude to have, though.

...Really? And what kind of simulation is that?

[Man, a lot of people intercepted that message. Oh well. He doesn't mind at all, it's Erza.]

Just gotta stay positive. That's all you can do.

...Oh, it's... a simulation to mix things up a bit. Not just the same old defeat these enemies to win, but rather deal with this random environment or setting and accomplish some kind of goal.

That certainly sounds interesting. I didn't know that the Battle Dome could do things like that.

It can now, apparently. I've been playing around with it for awhile, considering how much I use it!

[While Adell is setting up the simulation, he might just notice a... somewhat familiar face lingering nearby, having just finished a simulation of his own and resting up for a little while before attempting another one. Sure, there might not be any monsters around as far as he's been able to tell, but there's still the drafts and the droids, so training to stay in shape definitely can't hurt.

Joshua won't notice Adell immediately, but he may very well notice him first. The question is, does he attempt to talk to the not-quite-so-New Feather if he takes note of the boy or not?]

[When he gets done programming he looks up and takes a look around for anyone in the dome. He does spot the boy, and looks over his way. Hey, it's that guy who came out of the vents in a dress! Let's see what he's doing!]

Hey! Joshua, was it?

[...He's going to be known as that forever, isn't he?

-Ah, that's a familiar voice... as well as presence in general. Needless to say, that's enough to draw Joshua's attention to Adell.]

That's right. Good morning, Adell.

Mornin'. You been settling in okay since you got here?

[Did Adell have fun? Well, now there's a woman standing in his living room. In fact, she left the door slightly open. Clearly, there's a dangerous criminal inside snooping. Or Azusa standing there with a bag, looking very confused.]

I'm sure my apartment didn't look like this when I left...

[When Adell returns to his apartment, he finds the door ajar. That's strange. He frowns, and readies himself to deal with a thief or intruder as he pushes the door open wide very quickly.]

Who's in here?

[...Then when he sees who it is, that guard immediately drops and his tone reflects confusion more than action.]

Huh?! ...Azusa?

[Azusa drops her bag and spins around, already backing up.]
