I'm not saying you won't be able to do it, but...

So I've been Intermittent Fasting for a couple months now and in the past week I finally took the total plunge. Before, I was sipping protein throughout the day and eating at night. Now, I totally fast for 16+ hours before sipping on protein and eating. I've noticed an increase in energy and focus from this along with a severe reduction in appetite ( Read more... )

Wonderful...I wish every damn book kept my attention like this book. I had an aloud dialog as I was reading...enjoyed it very, very much. I won't muddy myself with fanfic nonsense; the real deal was plenty.

I did have to get out and drive after finishing the book, having been inside so long. Reflections of life, death, spiritual development, etc.

I have no plans today. Nada. No sexy time, no one to call for sexy time, no friends pressing for my company, no work to be done, no cats to take care of, nothing.
