A story in today's Toronto Star* covers Rumsfeld's address to troops in Kuwait about to be deployed in Iraq.

The troops had some tough questions for the Secretary of Defence. One soldier, an airplane mechanic, asked Rumsfled why his unit, about to spend a year in Iraq, didn't have enough armoured vehicles. Quote:
