Well, I did it. I just applied online to college! Ok, so it's a community college but still.. I am going to take the prereqs so I can transfer into the School of Pharmacy at Purdue in about a year or so. Yep. I am going to study drugs, man.

It is going to be brutal but hopefully very interesting.

I need to become friends with an economist. I was just catching up with my flist here and I came across one post with a link that has left me wondering what's going on. ARGH. I am having no love for our local school administrators today. Even though we got about a quarter inch of ICE yesterday and it all froze on the roads and there's black ice and "freezing fog", there are no delays anywhere in our county. It's after midnight so that means it's K's birthday today! He's 44. Unfortunately, we don't have much fun planned. K's driver's license expires today and we need to get all the car stuff transferred over so K is going to be spending some quality time at the BMV instead of having fun. I certainly hope this article is a joke. Heidi doesn't seem this clueless to me. If that story is true, Heidi has been using tons of string since she has 3 young children including an infant. The mind boggles.
