Greece is wonderful, yup, perfect, while it is snowy in Ohio, it is practically warm enough to swim in Athens. I have to go up to a random person on the street and convince them to give a tour of their apartment, then I have to write a paper about it. If it is funny at all, maybe I will put it up here. Uh, school is something something.

I am in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Escaped possible demise in Philly to recuperate with grandfolks. They live on an island in the same house my pops grew up in. I pass the time trying to get work, shooting hoops at the YMCA and kayaking around the island, appreciating nature.

Hopefully Alexis will visit soon.

Things have leveled out. Mom went to detox for a couple days, got out and she has been sober for about 2 weeks. Her car is in the shop so I am driving her around. I have not consumed alcohol since July 7th. I don't have a desire to drink but I have a desire to calm myself down. so I'm back in Philly. its 10:30 in the morning and my mom's already drunk. she is sitting in the car in front of the house. she is still pulling the same old routine,"I'm going to do errands" then its off to the liqour store, pick up some vodka or smirnoff ice, get in the car, park in an allyway, chug vodka for ten minutes then back to the house.
