Yes, the rumor is true. I did stay up for 41 hours from Saturday at 7:30am until I finally made it to bed last night/this morning. I can say that was definitely the longest time I have ever been awake. I am never ever doing that again. So, Dance Marathon went well. We raised about $15,000. Today I read in the Chicago Trib that a first grader from Chicago Heights passed out cocaine to his classmates thinking it was candy. Apparently he lives in a drug dealing home that had rock cocaine and they told him it was candy. Who tells their little kid that illegal drugs are candy! WTF.
