Had a lovely relaxed day with Mark yesterday. Didn't think I did anything too bad (though I doubt I sat too well) but today has been hell. I wish they'd get on with the damn op. so that I have a chance of knowing if this will all be over soon.

Well, I've just booked to go and visit parents again. Last stay went so well (astonishingly) that I'm going on 2nd Nov and coming back on 7th Dec - that way I'll be there for both of their birthdays. Bit of a shame I can't use my laptop there - more inspiration with Dad around than ever there is for me here!

Just unpacking my next months pills.
