Finally (after over 8 weeks) Dad's results came back and he does have prostate cancer. On the black side, this means that there is no chance of risking one lot of medication that they were very much hoping would strengthen his heart (it gets confused coming from my Mum, but she thinks it's testosterone itself that they would have used.)But it could ( Read more... )

Bother! In my ignorance while trying to delete Big Country from the long list of music Mikes given me... well I think I've managed to delete everything else BUT their song. Somebody really should take this off me before I manage to do any real harm!

Not a great day, had to scrub parts of the carpet due to fiance (by accident, and he helped, so he doesn't lose any brownie points) reacted to the carpet cleaner and still have scrambled brains and a stunning headache, though the nosebleeds appear to have stopped. Rotten week, my back seems to be ruining everything and doesn't want to settle down. So a quick journal entry to tell everyone I'm still alive and not ignoring them, sorry for the people I haven't replied to.
