i barely ate yesterday and then..... something was brought to my attention that upset me so much that i got wendys... and i got a lot. and i also had a smirnoff... ugh

hopefully i can avoid food at all costs today.

i weigh 144 today! YAY so thats a pound since yesterday!

i bought a diet journal... its really great and helps me keep on track!

im still getting used to trying not to consume anything after 830... its hard and im failing but im trying! so hopefully i can get on track and work my way into staying on track!

basically 150.... wanna be 120 for july... its possible to lose that... even though my goal is 110 i figure if i try to stick to like 10 lbs a month than i can work on keeping it off... even though id like to lose more a month ( Read more... )

well i am back... i know i left and i dont really know why but i was always battling against the scale even when i was away... i tried wu-yi tea as well cost me 60$ but did it work.... not really... every now and then the scale would budge but it went right back to 140 before i could let the YAY from losing sink in...
