Nevermind my problem. It was ill-posed and I am figuring out more besides.

For some reason my Mom's computer is having trouble downloading applications. Anyone know what my problem might be?

People complain so much about Scrabble. Players complain about their own bad luck "my opponent got 8 power tiles." They complain about their opponent's bad luck "sorry I got 8 power tiles that game." So far this has been a really good hiatus and I've been thinking about the role I want Scrabble to play in my life. I've been playing Scrabble continuously for four years. Continuously. That is, I've hardly had a break from it for all that time. And I've sure changed through those years, too. I find that "piano" is one of the funniest words I know. I often grin about the word, though mostly when I think of it or whisper it silently, rather than when I say it aloud, in conversation, say. I heard once that words with long e sounds are more relaxing to people, so that could be part of it ( Read more... )
