when you wake up after a day of like intense binging does everything hurt? like my neck is soo sore when i touch it...i guess thyroids cant stand that much sugar? and then if i touch my stomache it hurts and it feels like most of my muscles are sore. does anyone else get that or is there something wrong with me?

i feel so fat and so full...i hate eating. i dont understand why i cant stop. i love the feeling of fasting. thats it im not eating from now till next friday if not longer...cause thats only five days...ill see i will stop when im 145. thats a little more than 10 lbs to go. i did it once in 9 days ill do it again. screw all this shit.
