I just turned on nightline. the levy keeping new orleans from flooding have been breached. What once was a battered city is not oh so close to being a destroyed city. One levy was breached in a 200 foot wide gash. New orleans is below sea level and in what has been compared to a bowl. Today that bowel is filling.
