I was just thinking about my therapy session yesterday. How I told her my doubts about wanting to know what had happened to make me split. About how until recently I believed that I was multiple "just because"...that I was born this way. Saw my therapist today. For the most part it was OK but then she asked me what my earliest scary memory was. I told her about the time I locked myself in the linen closet. Eating chocolate while sick was NOT a good thing. I don't know who did it. I only found out because I threw it up. PLEASE no more chocolate. I'll make some stuff that tastes just as good but is healthy. Just please...no more chocolate. I'm tired of dealing with the consequences.
