So the wrap up is that Chicken Soup is OK but eating cheese is the was to go??

Chicken soup is okay. I know others who swear by miso soup. If cheese sounds good, go for it. It won't provide much medical value because the amount of antibiotic secretions in cheese is good for preserving the cheese, but is insufficient to keep an infection at bay. The simple mind version? Eat what makes you feel good. Eat what sounds appealing. The best treatment is a large intake of liquids, particularly hot liquids. The details of what makes up those liquids does not seem to matter.

Eat what makes you feel good.

Just ate 3 corn tortillas covered in sugar which sounded good and was tasty at the time. Now, 15 mins later, not so good. I do think that fact that I am getting crampy might have assisted in poor choice of food.
