Quite some time ago, I was laughed at because I mentioned a story about how a black man thought his wife had cheated on him after his baby was born at home, because his baby had a very light skin tone. no one likes to be discredited when they know what they're talking about

...but that doesn't seem to stop people from doing it, anyway. and for someone who does it so often, you really seem to have taken a serious stance to this particular instance.
