I wanted to see if anybody can relate. I’m 25, have quadriplegic spastic CP, and have had physical therapy since I was 6 months old. Hey all

Can physical therapy become harmful as one ages? I ask for two reasons. Last week my friend came over and was talking about how her body was spasming more. Hey everyone
I have a question - are any of you self-vendored for your aides by the regional center? If so, how hard is it to start and maintain that? I butt philosophical heads with agencies and so, if possible, I want to be vendored.
