I'm now in the semi-swing of my new position's schedule. As it's yet to be determined when I'll be meeting w/ new clients & their families, I'm attending the standardized meetings, huddles and introductions for my post. So, life is and it is good.  My usual overwhelming weekend at work was good.  There were no major meltdowns on the group home residential front.  That allowed to do the impossible, tasks of my choosing!  *hushed awe*  Yes, senses of accomplishment were many!  I walked away pleased where I left the status of the new charge I've been given.  His case ( Read more... )

Work has consumed my world. I'm able to squeak *insert squeeking sounds* out a day of a week but, just barely. My supervisor gets back from vacation on Wednesday and nearly, not a moment too late.
