one of my little old rats passed on yesterday. i had been nurturing the other, trying to keep her spirits up, for fear she would die.
with rodents, if they're 'soulmate' dies, they are usually too depressed to eat/drink, and they eventually die as well.
so, well, yeah. i found the other last night. :-(
