I bought the IPOD 60 GB with the two-year Apple Care warranty in December of 2005. Six months later in May of 2007 my IPOD froze up on me and quit working. The people at the "Genius Bar" at Somerset Mall had no idea what was wrong with the IPOD and had no advice how to prevent this problem from occurring in the future.
