i always was a dunkin' donuts lover and didnt really like starbucks because i thought they were over priced. however lately ive been going to starbucks and im afraid to admit their coffee is a million times better. whenever i have gotten dunkin' donuts i usually end up throwing most of it away because its filled with sugar and once you get through

I've always felt the same way about Starbucks. That is, until my friend offered me a taste of her carmel-frap thing, I think that's what it was? It was mighty tasty! I don't want to go back and get a whole thing though, in case I get hooked. I don't need another way to needlessly spend money, lol!

Same thing happened to me when I moved to East Lyme. Starbucks is SOOO much better, I'm addicted to their frappucinos. They're worth the money because you actually FINISH them. I used to get lattes at DD and even when you say "no sugar" they load the syrup in there like armageddons-a-coming.

So yeah. Not pointless. I concur.

i know once in a while i will spring for a caramel macchiato but most of the time i stick to coffee or tea, their bold coffee is so good, it doesnt taste like its been sitting in a pot on a burner for a week and its really crisp tasteing too, i even drink the last bit when its cold.

600 calories?! jesus! changing the coffee must be a pain in the ass too...The only thing I like about DD is the iced tea but you have to make sure you tell them to go easy on the sugar....have you ever watched them make your coffee? they literally dump the sugar in, your hands start shaking before you even take a sip lol

Exactly. There's a Starbucks in East Lyme like, two seconds away from our apartment and another one two seconds from the office. Definitely try the iced doubleshot. It's godlike.

I never really liked either. But lately I've been drinking coffee, and going to Dunkin Donuts, and every time I go there, I end up feeling like shit after. This entry makes me wanna switch to starbucks haha :]
