I've returned again after a hiatus during which I fluctuated between binging and doing ok. There's 2 days left in August. This month, I don't think I've gained or lost any weight, which isn't too bad, but is also not ideal

5 days and still no loss :( so i've been doing well on food, except for 1 day. I thought I would see some result by now, but I really haven't. It's frustrating, but it's not gonna get me down. I just gotta stick with it.
