I have just seen Rita Skeeter stalk through the office in a very bad mood.

It really brightened up my day.

I know a lot of you here write for and read the Phoenix Song, so I say this with my supervisor hat on. Please be careful if you pass on copies of the magazine. In fact, don't owl hard copies out of the castle unless absolutely necessary. I've had a marvellous couple of days down in London. I had dinner with my family, which was as eventful as always, and Thea and I had a marvellous time shopping in Muggle London (they have some marvellous boutiques and things if you know where to look) and in Diagon Alley as well. Some good news for a change. My journalism tutor is very pleased with my progress and provided everything goes well, in May he'll be more than happy to allow me onto the second stage of the teaching programme (which it usually takes two years to do), where instead of writing things for my portfolio that will never be published, I'll be doing ( Read more... )

Still bored. Very bored. I'm actually getting to the stage where I am looking forward to going to see my journalism tutor just for something to do.

I was in Hogsmeade earlier when the visit was happening, and bloody hell, things sound serious. Is everyone alright?

Also, I'm glad no-one's gossiping about me but then again, I have no love life to speak of so why would they?.
