I've been trying to put exercise back into my life. Historically what has worked best for me has been to crank away on a machine (stationary bike or Nordic Track) in front of the T.V. But movies are not good for this, because after anything from 30 to 60 minutes of working out, I need to move on to other areas of my life, and that means tearing ( Read more... )

*sigh*. Our AA quit, and until we get a new one, I'm doing some of her tasks. It makes sense; I'm a natural & sensible choice for many good reasons. I really don't mind it for any reason I can nail.
