Today/Sunday, the day-ish after our respective longest long runs,
teambaraka and I did our final 4 x *down*hill repeats as "quad prep" for St. George. I had coaching duty this morning (oh, and I met Barb the other/third Rogue doing St. George), so we didn't start our workout until mid-morning. We'd
