We found a house in Olde Towne and put an offer on it. After some negotiating we got it under contract. So now we just have to make sure everything works out with the loan and the inspections and if it does we might close by the end of the month. It's almost the end of my work day and I am so glad to be done - it has rained all day and just been so blah. The weather has really kept me from getting much done with work since so much of what I need to do is visiting sites and talking with land owners.
