Yesterday was the day of the year when I stop complaining about how hot it is, and start into complaining how cold it is.

Over the last few months, I have fallen below 70 friends due to both a lack of posting on my part and a handful of my LJ friends moving on from LJ. Cajun food and I have a tragic relationship: I like it, but it does not like me.

I have a similar relationship with mixing types of alcohol.

If you were Cristin, you'd know that I constantly complain about commercials like a crotchety old man. There's a new car one on, starting with the premise of 'If the road designed a car...' and of course ended with their product. I say to thee: no. Three things I will do eventually:

1. Figure out how to make my left eyelid stop twitching. It's been going on and off for a week now.
2. Create and jar my own salsa (Cristin's not a fan of the jarring/canning process).
3. Grow horseradish (also a Cristin's-not-a-fan category).

A rotten potato, rotted inside its skin such that you cannot tell it is rotten until you accidentally drop it on the floor in all of it's rust-colored applesauce-textured OHMYFUCKINGGODITSMELLSLIKEDEATH glory is one of the worst things known to man.
