Gym last night. I did 10 mins stair climber, 10 mins elliptical, leg press at 460lbs, shoulder press at 25 lbs, gluteal extension, ab machine, and lower back. I think I may be forgetting something, but definitely that at least. The workout lasted an hour. I felt so so so accomplished after. Sadly, the scale says I now weigh 167.6. That kinda sucks
