Mutipurpose update
Just finished talking to my dad and preliminary reports show that the drugs, at a dosage he can actually function on, are having some effect on the cancer. He will be seeing his specialist later this week to get the official word. It will still be months of treatments, but initial prognosis is good ( Read more... ) -
What is this feeling?
I've just finish my first day at my internship and am going to a class to talk about it tonight. Actually I will probably be listen more to other students who have actually done some therapy. I took the day off work as vacation until I can leverage my part time status in February ( Read more... ) -
Quick update
I'm not good about remembering to post. I've been keeping quite busy so I haven't gotten to talk to very many folks or haven't always mentioned about what was going on. I last posted in September so I'll be brief.

Journey to the end of the night
Last night I attended Journey to the end of the night, sponsored by MNZero the local chapter of SFZero. There were about 40+ folks playing on a game of chase that lead through downtown Minneapolis. I just finished a strong draft of my final paper for my abnormal class. I feel really good about it. There will be some revising, as pezwitch has offered to read through it but I hope to turn it in this coming Thursday. The other reason why I'm excited is that I'm taking the next few weeks off from school so I can enjoy a little more free time ( Read more... ) -

Oddly political
As most people who know me, I am not much for politics. However it's started to concern me more recently...

I been spending some quality time with my abnormal psych class. Specifically with a case study of a schizophrenic. It is funny that the random draw gave me this case, because it's one of those diagnoses that interested me in undergrad as well. Clients with this variety of disorder tread on the edge of reality. Just a couple quick updates.
I've been bogged down with school as two classes were overlapping, but I have finished one and now only have one.
I've been doing little else.
I'm taking the last of my vacation next week, before I loose the time, to do stuff around the house and such.
