Very loverly. I really like the color. And is that a bathroom just for the spare room?

sort of,

the bathroom and bedroom both have two doors, so it can be setup for an on-suite setup, but it is also accessable to the rest of the downstairs by simply opening and closing doors.

And of course if ever the need arises, the guest room at bag-end is always availible.

I thought they were a little too dark intially, but once i got the light coloured hardwoods in, it brightend up the room significantly,
