Mystery bus this weekend! We sat on a bus for 12 hours and went around town from 8pm to 8am. It wasn't bad, although I think the trip was too long. Most everyone fell asleep near the end so a little less than half the bus got off to check out the casino.

Sunday, instead of doing some much needed studying. I decided to attend a Masa event. Masa is this super cool club that us SDers joined. It stands for Multi-Asian Student Association. Tres cool.

This morning at 7:15am, our college decided to hold a fire drill. The alarm is so amazingly loud, it's hard to miss. So all of us forced ourselves out of bed, threw on some clothes and trudged out the door together. I have never seen a bigger collection of grubby, stoned out people in my life. I went to Jiao Xi for a couple days (hot springs there) and we went on this boat ride thingy. My mom so totally liked the guide person she decided to buy milk tea for him. -_- It was by far the weirdest thing ever. Since in Taiwan, you can't give tips, she kept asking me, "should I buy him icecream? He's just a little kid, maybe he'll like icecream ( Read more... )
