i started a diet last week.. cut out pretty much everything including fast food, bread and such..

so far lost 5 pounds the first week. I've been completely sober for almost a month. its been pretty rad

but i had to get 21 stitches today.. that wasn't fun.

A judge sentenced a woman whose car rear-ended another vehicle, killing seven people on Highway 118 in 2005, to three years' probation Tuesday.

shitty ass past 2 days at work. a million calls and no break. whatever i am on weekend now

met the girl of my dreams now and we just started dating. a bummer she lives 30 min from me but its worth the drive. never felt this way about a girl before...

had another one die on me today, probably one of the worst calls i have ever taken.

off to cases tonight, lets see if i can hold a smile.

another 12 hour day.. 3rd this week..

and aparently i am the loudest person people know.. that sounds CRAZY! :D

so the university asked me today if I would represent the department in leading the pledge of allegiance on the September 11th memorial at the Hero's Garden. I feel super honored and accepted on the spot.

Other than that, I am tired, I work too much, but I'm goin to Reno in a week, and I like someone :D
