Yes, ma'am. A coworker of mine, whom I love to death, writes "balling" ALL the time. I can't correct her, because it would be construed as rude, and I haven't had the opportunity to use it myself. I'm stuck with her poor spelling until that day...
:( It really bothers me that people/society have come to the point where correcting someone's mistake, whether it's a spelling error or a work-time behavior, is considered rude, even when done in a positive/constructive/non-demeaning sort of way.
Personally, I would rather someone point out a mistake so that I can fix it, instead of continuing to make the same mistake over and over again, thinking that I know what I'm doing.
